Let yourself be new! In this workshop you will learn the yoga basics: the names of poses, elements of and modifications for the “vinyasa” portion of class: Chaturanga, Cobra, Upward Facing Dog, Downward Facing Dog, and different thoughts behind “breath” in yoga.
Workshop participants will feel each pose in their body and move slowly into common poses found in an all levels or basics class. There will be time for Q &A—a chance for you to ask any questions you might have as a new yoga student.
Whether you are new or need a “refresher” this workshop will provide a space for you to meet others in the Solfire community and learn the basics!
