This is an open workshop backdrop to help set the neuromuscular mapping of getting upside down and establish the muscular stability to sustain it. Not entirely interested in getting your feet above your head? No sweat. You’ll still get the booty kicking you know and love, plus a little more. This will be a cross class with familiar elements of vinyasa flow coupled with HIIT and Isolation training. Significant difference? There will be plenty of opportunities for dialogue, questions and one on one attention.
Is there fear initially around the prospect of an inversion? For sure. In this open forum (coupled with a heck of a work out) dispel the reservations and find yourself closer toward achievability.
