Power Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating, powerful, energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement. Power Vinyasa Yoga is taught in temperatures ranging from 80-99 degrees so students sweat, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. Power Vinyasa is a form of physical fitness that builds strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and mental stamina all in a 60-75 minute session. All classes end in “savasana” (sha-va-sana)….a few moments of total serene bliss that leave you feeling regenerated and renewed.
