Beginner's Series with Stephanie Birch and Janna Cantwell
Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, this workshop is for you! This series is designed to build confidence in your practice by covering the basics. We will break down yoga postures and their modifications, alignment through awareness, breath work in a vinyasa class, and touch on philosophy of the practice.
