LIVE STREAMED classes are now available 2-3 times per day! If you are part of our community, thank you for staying with us. If you are new, please practice with us! Your support ensures we can continue to bring you yoga, meet our studio expenses and pay our teachers for the virtual classes they teach.
To join us:
- Register for classes you’d like to attend. Please register up to 30 minutes prior to class to guarantee attendance.
- Download ZOOM on your device.
- Check your email for a Zoom meeting invitation 30 minutes before class. (Check spam too…sometimes it lands there!)
- Click on the link to join the class!
- All LIVE STREAMED classes are recorded in our Media Library for 24 hours so you can practice with your favorite teacher if you miss the LIVE STREAM class!
