Sequencing Your Way Into Inversions and Arm Balances - Series with Taylor Rynicki
In this series we will explore building a sequence of postures that will open the body to access some of the more difficult arm balances and inversions. Whether you are a newer student, a seasoned yogi, or a yoga teacher, this series will give you tools you can take into your home practice including a handout of these mini 4 sequences building up to 4 inversions or arm balances.

Experience the beauty of expansion and contraction on your mat as you connect breath, movement, and body with a rhythmic blend of dance and yoga. We will blend movement and music from the East, West, North, and South corners of the world as we explore and play with being seen and seeing our own grace.
This 10-hour intensive weekend has been created for both yoga students and teachers to develop an understanding of yin yoga and how it compliments a more active physical practice and lifestyle. We will go over some of the yin yoga postures in detail, including the physical benefits and meridians stimulated. We will also be covering the sequencing of an intelligent yin class, which will benefit students and teachers alike as students will be able to use this to develop or further a home practice.

At Solfire Yoga, we are committed to helping you build a strong foundation in your yoga practice. Each of us brings our own unique body type, experience, and personal abilities to the mat. Beginners will thrive in this workshop, and even seasoned yogis will appreciate revisiting their foundation!
