Indie Electro Flow with Lindsey Pavao and Ryan Moe
Come out for a night of movement and music to help you get out of your head and into your creative Heartspace. Ryan Moe will be a special guest, mixing music live as Lindsey leads a fiery flow. This collaborative class is designed to honor the muse in each of us that is inspired when we let go and let the music within take the lead.
The most genuine way to support healing is through the power of touch. If you would like to deepen your own practice and provide this loving support to the people around you, the SolAssisting program will teach you how to develop new connections with both yourself and others. As a Solfire Yoga assistant, you will receive valuable insight into your own practice and learn how to help other yogis feel supported in their growth.

Solfire Kids Camp with Elisa Rudgers
Solfire Kidz Camp is designed for children ages 5-10 to play, move and build self-confidence. We blend asana, yoga games, breath work, and meditation into an inspiring playful experience. You can also expect activities that build self-expression and awareness through music, singing mantra, art, and yoga stories. Through our activities, your kiddos will grow gratitude and compassion in their lives.
