Our Classes
Our signature Vinyasa class is designed to inspire, challenge, and empower you, with each teacher bringing a unique style, pace, and focus.
Through breath and movement, you’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance both on and off the mat. These classes are heated to 90-99 degrees with infrared heaters to help you deepen your practice, release tension, and renew your energy. This class is offered in both a 60-minute format and a 75-minute format.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Yin offers a unique challenge, providing the perfect complement to the dynamic movement and flow of Vinyasa. While Vinyasa primarily targets muscles, Yin focuses on the connective tissues: ligaments, bones, and joints. Each pose is held from one to seven minutes.
The best way to truly understand Yin is to experience it firsthand. After just one class, you’ll feel the benefits and realize that Vinyasa is only “half” of your practice.
Yin
This class offers a serene journey into relaxation, guiding you gently through supported yoga poses designed to bring ease to both body and mind. Restorative poses will be enriched by the soothing vibrational resonance of sound bowls and other healing instruments, creating a deeply immersive experience.
Each session blends mindful breathwork, deeply restful poses, and concludes with a modified Yoga Nidra.
Restorative Yoga
In this 75-minute class, we turn down the heat and move at a slower, more mindful pace to allow you to fully tune into breath. This Chaturanga-optional class promotes enhanced body awareness and helps you build strength and stability. Finish with deeply nourishing Yin poses and an extended Savasana to leave you feeling completely refreshed.
Heated Slow Flow
Let’s turn the Vinyasa practice down with lower heat and slower moves. You will move slowly through Sun Salutation A and simmer a little longer in other poses to allow your body to feel, your breath to soften and your mind to be at ease.

Power Pilates
This isn’t your average barre class. It’s a full-body sculpt session that blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement with a deep burn you’ll feel in all the right places. What’s Barre? Barre is a low-impact workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It uses small, precise movements and high repetitions to fatigue specific muscle groups especially the core, glutes, thighs, and arms. It builds strength, stability, and grace without heavy weights or high-impact movement.
