Who we are

Solfire embodies love, power, and soul, driven by a deep passion to create a space where transformation can thrive. We were born from a heartfelt desire to help people grow through the practice of yoga. We offer more than just a workout, we offer a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Our incredible teachers are here to guide you every step of the way, helping you connect with your breath, expand your flexibility, and unlock both physical strength and personal growth.

In addition to our dynamic classes, we offer yoga teacher training, specialized workshops, and personalized one-on-one or group sessions to help you grow in your practice, on and off the mat. Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, we're here to support you.

Our why

When Solfire opened in 2014, our vision was simple: to create a place that feels like home. A warm, welcoming space where everyone can show up just as they are, no matter their experience, age, size, or flexibility. We want you to feel supported and encouraged in every class, whether you're moving, growing, breathing, sweating, or unwinding into the peaceful bliss of savasana.

We love hearing that Solfire has made a positive impact in people’s lives. It’s exactly what we hoped for and a beautiful reflection of the community we’ve built here in Sacramento. Our passion for the practice, the breath, the movement, and the connection, drives everything we do. To our teachers, staff, and students, we’re so grateful to be part of a place where everyone feels included and welcome.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: to welcome everyone who walks through our door with open arms. We believe that no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve experienced, yoga can enhance the quality of your life and help you build positive momentum toward your goals. Yoga and meditation are for everyone, offering powerful benefits to people from all walks of life.

We believe that the connection of mind, body, and soul is transformative. It empowers us to step into our true strength and love, making us more present and available, not just for ourselves, but for the people and moments that matter most.
