25-Hour Yin Intensive Training
Stay Longer. Go Deeper.
January 28-31, 2027
This Yin Intensive explores the foundations, philosophy, and practice of Yin Yoga, giving students a deeper understanding of why this powerful style creates lasting change in both body and mind.
Students will learn how stillness, mindfulness, and intentional stress on connective tissues can improve mobility, resilience, and self-awareness while complementing more active styles of yoga.
You will leave with a clear framework for teaching yin, sequences you can use right away, and the confidence to lead students into stillness.
Training led by Blake Mason, who trained under Paul Grilley, one of primary pioneers who popularized Yin Yoga.
Ideal for yoga practitioners, teachers, and anyone interested in a deeper understanding of anatomy, nervous system regulation, and the transformative practice of Yin Yoga. No teaching experience is required.
