You’ve got this!

A few tips if you’re new…

  • Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to class so you have time to sign in, settle in, and relax.

  • Check yourself in on the iPad at the front desk

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the practice studio

  • Please turn off cell phones

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water to class. We have mats and towels for you to rent ($4 each).

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move your body

  • Good hygiene (no fragrance, please) is always appreciated!

  • Let your yoga teachers know if you are recovering from an injury so they can suggest modifications

  • Speak quietly before and after class to honor and respect those who need space to relax before practicing

  • Be grateful that you showed up, enjoy the process of your practice, and have fun!
