Immerse yourself into the practice of yoga. Experience personal growth, deep connection, strength, and authenticity. Whether you want to teach, or you just want to dive a little deeper, you’ll find out that this is a practice that truly works. In our 200HR Teacher Training Program, you’ll work on your relationship with yourself, your relationship with others, and how these relationships come together in the practice and teaching of yoga.
Learn to live an authentic and powerful life and to make choices from the part of you that is guided by love and intuition. Through asana, meditation, discussion and self-inquiry, you’ll find greater freedom, create clarity around your personal psychology, and understand how serving others leads you to a more genuine, honest relationship with yourself. In this training you will deepen your personal yoga practice and learn the tools you need to lead a safe, effective, and inspiring power yoga class.

They equipped us with the skills, tools, knowledge and nuggets to teach a Vinyasa yoga class anywhere.” Domynique Herndon
